JOB SUMMARY 

Responsible for identifying sales prospects and leads, pitching and selling goods and services as well as maintaining good relationships with customers

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Managing customer calls and appointments effectively.
  • Determining cross-selling opportunities among clients.
  • Supporting team members
  • Ensuring timely delivery of services
  • Any other duty assigned to you by the management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Must be a team player
  • Can work under minimum supervision.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Customer retention rate of 90%
  • Minimum of 20 new  clients per month
  • Achievement of monthly target revenue
  • Client Satisfaction rate of 95%
  • Accuracy of billing by 100%
  • Achievement of 5% feedback rate
  • 80% on time deliveries
